Accessory dwelling units (aka ADUs or “backyard cottages”) have been one of our most buzzed-about projects this season. That’s largely due to the fact that the City of Seattle recently loosened some of the code requirements to build an ADU.

Interested clients often come to us with a laundry list of questions: What can I build on my property? How big or small can an ADU be? What kind of finishes are right for this type of space? In order to better equip our clients with the information they need, we’ve partnered with a few designers to build customized 3D renders of ADUs, remodels, additions, and more.

3D renders make it easier to visualize the finished result. Instead of a flat, black and white floorplan, you can see what it actually feels like to be in the room. What’s more, it’s a great way to experiment with your own design style.

To showcase our new 3D design capability, we’ve created the ultimate Seahawks fan space.

See the impact of adjusting a wall, replacing a cabinet, or pitching a ceiling. We’ll help you experiment with different colors, styles, and floor plans, so you can choose what’s best for your project.

If football isn’t your thing, don’t sweat it. This service isn’t just limited to sports. Any property owner can work with our experts to design a high quality, 3D rendering of their very own dream space, which can then build from start to finish.

As the Seahawks make it through the playoff season, our local Seattle office couldn't help themselves but to create this amazing render of a "Seahawks" themed ADU for that sport-maven in your family. This concept could work with any team - though we're not sure why you'd want to root for anyone but the Seahawks.
