With the sensitivity surrounding COVID-19 we feel it is extremely important to share our policies related to COVID-19. If there are changes to the overall situation we will keep the community at large informed.

We meet frequently to best determine how to help protect our community of employees, customers, and partners, and to keep the lines of communication and information open. We will continue to monitor updates and advice from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S State Department and local health officials where Pro.com operates. 

Policy Regarding Work with Customers

Pro.com employees have been asked to take every precaution in order to make the work environment safe and be protective of your home. In the event that an employee is unwell and unable to perform their normal duties they will work with internal teams to find coverage in order to keep the project moving. Throughout the entire process, the team will be communicating proactively with you and make sure all parties are aware of any project changes or updates.

If there are opportunities to move in-person meetings to phone calls or video chats the team will explore those. Pro.com employees have been instructed to avoid handshakes in order to be safe.

Pro.com is very sensitive to your needs and those of the community at large. Every precaution Pro.com is taking is with the intention of keeping everyone as safe as possible. If you have any specific concerns or requests given the current state please let your Pro.com representative know. We will make sure to work through those with you. 

Additionally, Pro.com will be communicating with all parties involved in projects, including subcontractors and partners, to require that they abide by the worksite health and safety expectations we outline. If any worker or their colleagues are unwell they will be instructed to remain home and communicate with the Pro.com team accordingly. Pro.com will do everything in our power to mitigate delays, but given the situation, if something does happen that will impact the project timeline, we will communicate immediately and do our best to keep the project moving forward as effectively as possible.

Pro.com Employee Health & Safety Policy

Health is a very sensitive topic and our general messaging is for employees to take care of themselves, their families and the customers they work with. If an employee feels unwell we ask them to stay home and focus on their health. As needed they should seek medical advice. 

Pro.com Community Ask

In order to ensure that everyone in the Pro.com community remains as safe as possible, we also ask that if the homeowner or anyone in their home is not feeling well, that they be willing to reschedule any in-home meetings and/or opt for a video call with the team instead. 

Every precaution outlined in this message is to keep everyone involved in the project safe and the community at large. 

Unless you hear otherwise from the Pro.com team your project will continue under the current plan and schedule the team has provided. If anything changes the Pro.com team will communicate proactively about what is happening.
