What is Pro.com?
Pro.com is a licensed general contractor that builds custom homes, additions and ADUs, and complex remodels, and more. Our goal is to help our clients build high-quality projects while making the full design, permit, and construction process easier. As a full-service GC, we work with our clients from the initial dreaming and planning phases all the way through construction.

We are a licensed general contractor in the states of Washington (licenses #PROCOCH816NF , #PROCOCH814MT), California (license #1014714), Oregon (license #224225), Colorado (license #LIC00247414), and Arizona (license #321098).
Do you carry general liability insurance?
Yes, we carry general liability insurance in every state where we are licensed.
Do you carry worker’s compensation insurance?
Yes, we carry worker’s compensation insurance in every state where we are licensed.
Who will manage my project?
Pro.com will oversee and/or manage every project. Pro.com has an expert staff of estimators, project managers, and trade specialists that work with you from start to finish.
Who will do the work on my project?
On most projects, we use a combination of on-staff specialists and trusted subcontractors. Everyone we work with is held to a high standard of professionalism and workmanship.
For every project, Pro.com takes full responsibility for making sure your project is successful, on-time, and on-budget. Your business relationship is always solely with Pro.com.
Do you warranty your work?
Every project comes with a 12-month warranty. We stand by the quality of our work and will address any workmanship issue that comes up within 12 months of your project’s completion date.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Request a free quote on our website or call us at 800-597-4776 to get started. We’ll call you within minutes to make sure we have enough detail about your project, and then get an appointment scheduled for you.
Am I scheduling the work or an estimate?
All projects require an on-site or phone estimate before the work can begin.

Do you charge for quotes?
No, our quotes are 100% free. We are confident that the time spent understanding your needs before the contract is signed is time well spent, so that we can be sure our estimate will meet your design and budgetary needs.
How do I know your quote is accurate?
We’ve invested heavily in our quoting process. Every quote is checked against thousands of similar projects so you know you aren’t overpaying. If you’d feel more comfortable getting multiple quotes, we can also help to facilitate that process and do an apples-to-apples comparison of each quote to help you make the most educated decision possible.
Can you quote by phone?
Typically, we require an in-person consultation to take measurements and gather more details about your project. In some cases, however, we can save you from having to meet an estimator in-person if you already have architectural drawings.
How long does it take to get a quote?
We pride ourselves in having one of the fastest estimate turnaround times in the industry. For many projects, we can turn around a budgetary estimate in under a week. How quickly we can evolve your budgetary estimate into a final estimate varies from project to project, but we strive to be as responsive as possible to your input, feedback, and change requests as we refine the details.
Can I digitally sign my quote?
Yes, in fact, most of our customers prefer to view and sign their quotes online. You can sign your quote conveniently from a desktop computer or a mobile device.
What happens after I sign my quote?
After you sign your quote, we’ll immediately reach out to verify your availability and begin the scheduling process. If it’s a large project, it may take a few days to finalize the detailed work plan before the first work appointment can be scheduled.
Invoicing & Payment
When do I pay?
Your written quote will include a payment schedule. Our projects typically involve a down payment, progress payments, and a completion payment.
Whom do I pay?
Pro.com will send you an invoice and process your payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online via direct bank transfer or credit card, or you can send us a check.
How do I pay online?
If you choose to pay online, we recommend paying directly via your bank account. After verifying your bank account details, you can set up one-time ACH payments with no fees. If you prefer to pay with your credit card, note that we charge an additional 2.9% to cover the transaction fees required by the bank.
