We remodeled this partially finished daylight basement into a bright, livable space. After demolishing the existing walls and fixtures, we reconfigured the layout to build a separate laundry room and bathroom with a double sink and walk-in shower. To make the back entrance more inviting, we also installed french doors, poured a new concrete patio, and built a pergola.
